Adjacent to the clubhouse, pool and tennis courts is “Marsh Isle” with 60 homes averaging 3,500 sf. There are 30 homes on the golf course, 21 homes overlooking the community lake and at least 3 homes with private pools but no docks to open water.

Rivertowne Country Club Drive
“Saltwood” also close to the entrance to Rivertowne, has 107 homes averaging 2,800 sf on 1/4 acre lots.
There are no docks or homes on the golf course.

Just after passing the club house on Rivertowne Country Club Drive are 32 homes averaging 3,700 sf, 13 on the 18th fairway and 14 homes overlooking the community lake.
There are at least 4 homes with private pools but no docks .
Rivertowne on the Wando (waterfront)
At the far end of Rivertowne Country Club Drive, is “Parkers Landing” and 106 homes on an average of .4 acres. Average sf is 3,700 and there are 22 private docks, 17 homes are on the golf course and at least 23 homes with private pools.
2018 average sales for a 4 BR-5BR thru July was $852,250
Seen above are waterfront Homes in “Rivertowne on the Wando” which has over 350 homes. 43 waterfront homes have private docks and 24 homes have private pools.
Generally speaking, except for the waterfront homes, the lots average .14-.25 acres on homes up to $700,000 and .5 acres on, on average, above this. There are no homes on the golf course.

“Carolina Isle” has 126 homes on an average of .33 acres. Homes average 2,850 sf with 42 homes on the golf course and 34 overlooking the community lake but no docks to open water.
2018 average sales thru July, for a 4BR, was $505,625.
The first neighborhood after turning onto Rivertowne Country Club Drive is “Indigo Chase” with 75 home averging 2,800 sf. There are at least 5 homes with private pools but no homes on the golf course or homes with docks.

Across from “The Tributary,” at the entrance to Rivertowne, is “High Marsh” and approximately 61 homes on 1/4 acre lots. Average sf is 2,400 but there are no homes on the golf course or homes with docks.

Across from the 4th fairway is the entrance to the scenic drive along the 5th fairway to the entrance of the “The Point ” with 92 homes on an average of .4 acres.
The homes average 2,900 sf. There are 8 private docks and 7 homes along the 6th fairways and at least 9 private pools.
2018 average sales for a 4 BR-5BR thru July was $768,750
At the round about, just to the right of the entrance to the “The Point” is “North Brook” with 88 homes averaging 2,500 sf. 12 homes have private docks and at least 3 homes with private pools but there are no homes on the golf course.
2018 average sales for a 4 BR-5BR thru July was $955,000
“Pine Isle” with 17 homes average 3,000 sf on 1/4 acre lots. There are 6 homes on the 6th fairway of the golf course but no docks to open water and no private pools.
2018 average sales for a 4 BR thru July was $535,000
Between the 3rd and 4th fairways, there are two entrances to “Palmetto Isle” with 116 homes, 7 along the 3rd fairway and 7 homes with docks. Homes average 2,400 sf on 1/4 acre lots. I do not think there are, currently, any private pools.
